Meet Dr. Dailey

John Dailey, Ed.D., BCBA-D
Founder; Director, Learning & Development

For more than two decades, Dr. Dailey has worked alongside children and families as a behavior analyst, credentialed special education teacher, school administrator, and Director of Special Education. His experience across home, school, clinic, and community settings helps him understand how children learn and how families navigate the systems designed to support them.

Dr. Dailey's professional experience includes work with the UC Davis MIND Institute and advanced study at the University of Southern California, UC Berkeley, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Dr. Dailey co-founded Partnership Behavior Group because he saw firsthand how difficult it can be for families to coordinate services across schools, healthcare providers, and other systems. He believes children are best supported when the adults in their lives work together and when families have a voice in the process.

Every child is different, and every family is different. Our job is to listen, learn what's important to your family, and help your child build skills that make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.
