Meet Our Clinical Lead
Doctor-led care, delivered with heart.
John David Dailey, BCBA-D
Founder & Clinical Director, Partnership Behavior Group
For more than two decades, John David Dailey has worked at the intersection of behavior analysis and education right here in Monterey County — as a behavior analyst, special educator, school administrator, and Director of Special Education. That rare combination means he understands your child's needs from every angle: the clinic, the classroom, and the family living room.
As a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), he founded Partnership Behavior Group on a simple conviction — that families deserve a true partner, not just a service provider. He believes the best outcomes happen when schools, therapists, physicians, and families work together.
Clinical philosophy
Dr. Dailey leads with a play-based, relationship-first approach — meeting young children where they are, building skills inside the play they already love, and coaching families every step of the way. Early, individualized, evidence-based support, delivered with genuine partnership, is what changes outcomes.
