Why We Started Partnership Behavior Group

Families should never have to choose between the supports their child needs.

Partnership Behavior Group was founded on a simple belief: families deserve a true partner, not just a service provider.

That belief became especially clear while Dr. Dailey was serving as a Director of Special Education in Monterey County. A parent reached out after being told that receiving ABA services would require withdrawing her child from school in order to accommodate a provider's schedule.

The family had been placed in an impossible position. Services that should have been working together to support a child were instead competing with one another.

It reinforced something Dr. Dailey had observed throughout his career: children do best when the adults supporting them work together.

Partnership Behavior Group was created to provide a different experience for families. We believed there was a need for a practice that would work alongside families, schools, and other professionals rather than asking families to navigate those systems on their own.

Today, we continue to be guided by that same belief.
